Construction Contractors. This information will be unique to your agency
and will be used for login and communication purposes.
Your Oregon Insurance Division
license number will be used to verify your registration with the State
of Oregon Insurance Division and will be used as your login ID. Your
password must be a minimum of six characters and should contain both
numbers and lowercase letters. As the e-mail address you provide will be
used for communication purposes, please make sure that it is complete
and accurate.
